- I also had a similar experience in December. I sent a 28.8 Sportster back for
- a board replacement. USR turned the unit around in UNDER 24 hours and sent it
- back NEXT day air - not 2 day! For what it is worth though prior to that I
- had waited over 1 month on some occasions. Now if USR would only build the
- modems better and release less buggy firmware we would all be better off!
